The Phil is delighted to present the third concert of our 125th anniversary season.
In 1909 the Cheltenham Philharmonic Orchestra was conducted by the composer Jean Sibelius in a performance of his much-loved work Finlandia. In celebration of our anniversary and that memorable concert we invite you to join us for an afternoon of music from Nordic composers. The concert includes Grieg’s famous Peer Gynt Suite, Finlandia and Sibelius’ epic second symphony.
Tickets are available from the Cheltenham Town Hall Box Office and the Wilson Museum. Our last concert was sold out – get your tickets early! We look forward to seeing you there.
