Children’s Concert – it’s a sell out

A gloriously Russian start to our season at the Pump Room on Sunday 29th November. Thanks to our loyal and enthusiastic audience – and to all our players. Rehearsals start again on December 9th and our next concert is the Children’s Concert on
Autumn Concert
The Phil are delighted to present a programme of music by Russian composers. Firm favourites the Overture to Prince Igor and the Polovtsian Dances by Borodin will be teamed with Rachmaninov’s Fantasie for Orchestra: The Rock and a rarely performed gem : Symphony Number 1
